Theater Rentals
MONDAY-THURSDAY EVENINGS
$1000 for 3 hours, minimum. $250/hr after 3 hours. Prices may vary depending on programming, timing and availability.
FRIDAY-SUNDAY
$2500 minimum for up to 4 hours. Additional time can be reserved at $500/hr.
Prices vary depending on programming and availability.
We are happy to offer concessions at a discount rate and additional staff for $25/hr.
SCREENING ROOM (PELHAM)
$350 for first 3 hours, $50/hr per additional.
If over 100 people are expected at your Main Hall Pelham event, you would be required to rent the Screening Room at a flat $500 fee. This room can be used as a reception space or lobby extension.
