Wherever Your Imagination Takes You
Our final Summer Film Challenge asks you to draw inspiration from previous challenges. We can’t wait to see where your imagination takes you!
What You’ll Need
1. iPhone, iPad, or any camera of your choice. iMovie editing app (free to download) or editing software of your choice.
2. An idea!
Challenge Rules In this challenge, you’ll create a short film that is under 4 minutes long. Your film, at some point, must contain at least one element from our previous Film Challenges – stop motion, a tribute to another movie, time lapse, documentary element, or a special effect. Use your imagination! You can create a music video, an animation, or ask your family to be actors in a story you create. Have fun, this is your film! Check out the links under Inspiration to view our Film Challenge winners, and a few more fun films starring kids.

To Submit Your Video
Save your finished video and send to teacher@thepicturehouse.org no later than 5:00pm on Monday, August 31st. The winning video(s) will be shared via email and TPH social media on Wednesday, September 2nd. All videos submitted by the deadline will be included in our Student Showcase. Please include Film Challenge #6 in the subject line, and include in the body of the email your first name and grade.
